Indeed. No new profession in C4 would result in only 6-core classes available.

And before you say anything, remember that Ritualist, Assassin, Paragon, and Dervish are chapter-exclusive. There need to be some VERY GOOD reasons for them to make these classes available elsewhere.

GuildWars is a lot different from the likes of WoW and EQ, which is what makes it better in a lot of ways. if you try to incorporate things in from those other games, then you start to lose the originality factor. the game will slowly fall into the blandness and typical fads every other game has.
